Rate is not total return
A displayed rate may change and may not reflect token price movement, fees, lock-up or eligibility. Reward and outcome are different concepts.
Read access and redemption
Check whether the product is flexible or locked, how rewards are calculated and what happens if conditions change.
Size for uncertainty
Do not use emergency savings or borrowed funds to pursue a headline rate. A product should fit your liquidity needs before its promotion.
