Receiving Tokens in a Binance Wallet: Address and Network Checks
A repeatable checklist for receiving tokens without overlooking the network, address or memo.
Select the asset and network
Confirm the token, destination type and network on both sides. Similar network names do not guarantee compatibility.
Check address, tag and amount
Compare the beginning and ending characters of the address, and add a memo or tag when required. A small test transfer may be appropriate.
Keep a transaction record
Save the time, fee, network, address label and transaction ID. Blockchain transfers are usually difficult to reverse.
